Welcome to hathirteen.com, a glitchy little corner of the internet run by one human (hi, that’s me) who makes art, music, and the occasional biomechanical dreamscape. By using this site, you agree to the following terms — aka, “the rules of the road.”

If you don’t agree with them, that’s cool — just don’t use the site. No hard feelings. Maybe go touch grass or something.

1. 💻 Website Use

This site is for viewing, enjoying, and buying art, merch, or digital content.
Don’t try to hack it, clone it, or steal my content. That’s rude.
No bots, no scrapers, no weird scripts trying to farm my stuff. I see you.

2. 📸 Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, audio, glitchy vibes, and music are mine unless stated otherwise. That means:

You can’t steal them.
You can’t sell them as your own.
You CAN share them with credit (tag @ha13, link back, be cool).

Want to use something commercially or for a collab? Just ask. (Don’t be a Terms of Service violator).

3. 🛒 Orders & Payments

You place an order, you pay for it. Easy.
Prices can change without warning — sometimes because of inflation, tariffs and sometimes just because I’m experimenting with value perception.
Payment is handled securely through third-party processors (like Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or Printify depending on the product).
I don’t store your credit card info. I don’t want that kind of responsibility in my life.

4. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

See the Policy Page for the details, but the TL;DR is:

I ship with USPS (for now).
International shipping available by request.
Delays can happen. This is Earth, not a utopia.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking info. If it doesn’t show up, check your spam folder, or yell into the void (or email me).

Original Art Shipping

Original works are packed securely and often shipped with insurance.
If it arrives damaged, we’ll deal with the insurance claim together like adults.

5. ❌ Cancellations & Returns

· Original Art

All original artwork sales are final. No returns, no exchanges. These pieces are one-of-a-kind.
If it’s damaged in transit, we’ll work through an insurance claim—but please inspect your package upon arrival and take photos if it looks like it got dropkicked.

Prints and merch

Made via Printify and printed to order. If something arrives messed up (wrong item, misprint, etc.), you’ve got 14 days to let us know. We’ll get it reprinted or replaced.

No refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Size confusion (check the sizing chart)

You thought it came with a frame but didn’t read the description

I’m not Amazon. I’m an artist. Manage expectations accordingly.

How to Request a Return (for eligible items)

Shoot an email to [your email] with:

We’ll get you sorted—no need to send carrier pigeons.

6. 💥 Limitation of Liability

This site may glitch, link to strange places, or temporarily implode. Use it at your own risk.

I’m not liable for your lost time, emotional damage, or spilled coffee.
If something breaks your browser, that’s on you (or your outdated plugins).

Some products or features come through partners like Printify or wherever else I decide to plant roots.

I’m not responsible for how they work — but I’ll help if something goes wrong.
